Volunteer Opportunities

By volunteering at the Family Life Council you can make a difference. As a non-profit agency, we rely on volunteers to stretch our resources. There are opportunities to volunteer during the work day, the evenings, and occasional weekends. Volunteers can commit on a weekly, monthly or quarterly schedule. There are even some volunteers who serve only as needed. A few ways that volunteers can make a difference include:

  • Assist with training events and programs
  • Help distribute printed materials and flyers across the county
  • Provide office support
  • Serve on Advisory Committees such as Pratto Family Life Scholarship Committee; Wise Guys; Fathers Matter; Parenting Children of Divorce; Guilford County Marriage Resource Center.

Interested? Contact our office by calling 333-6890 ext. 221 or by emailing info@flcgso.com. Please let us know how you would like to help and your schedule of availability.

You may also contact the Volunteer Center of Greensboro for more information and ways to volunteer to build stronger relationships, or click here for a direct link.
